In the ablation procedure, cancerous tissues located in organs such as liver, kidney, thyroid and breast are destroyed without the need for surgery by entering through the skin with a needle.
In recent years, the use of alternative methods to surgery in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules has been increasing.
Prostate biopsy is a biopsy procedure in which small samples are taken from the prostate with a biopsy needle under ultrasound guidance. Prostate biopsy is performed by a radiologist or urologist trained and experienced in ultrasound and biopsy.
TAKE is used to treat cancerous tissue located in the liver. In the TAKE procedure, the artery supplying the liver and the thinner artery supplying the tumour in the liver are directly accessed with a special catheter under the angiography device.
